All Universal Chaos Powers in Diablo 4 Season 10
Universal Chaos Powers can be equipped by any class and often form the backbone of hybrid or experimental builds. You can earn them while farming or by opening Chaos Rift chests, which may also drop rare Diablo 4 Items for crafting and trading.
Magic Chaos Powers
Accelerating Chaos: On Lucky Hit, has up to a 10% chance to trigger a Chaos Burst, dealing up to 400% damage and reducing a random active cooldown by 0.5 seconds.
Invigorating Attacks: Every 5 seconds, your next Basic Skill generates 50-100% of your Max Resource but deals 30% reduced damage.
Unstable Power: All Basic Skills guarantee a Critical Strike and Overpower, but gain a 3-second cooldown.
Rare Chaos Powers
Power Siphon: Core Skills deal x50-100% more damage but reduce maximum resource by 20 for 6 seconds.
Erupting Chaos: Chaotic Bursts erupt around you, dealing 200-400% of your strongest damage type over 4 seconds.
Alternating Alterations: Casting a Core Skill empowers your next Non-Channeled Core Skill for 10-30% more damage and refunds 50% of its Resource Cost.
Legendary Chaos Powers
Chaotic Cooldowns: Skills with cooldowns reset randomly between 2 seconds and their base cooldown. Casting these skills triggers a Chaos Burst that deals 300-500% of your strongest damage type. Cooldown Reduction no longer applies.
Crazy Brew: Using a Healing Potion grants 100% Resource Cost Reduction, 40-80% Attack and Movement Speed, and a 15-second cooldown affected by CDR.
Marred Guard: You can't heal above 50% Life, but gain +10-20% Resistances, +20% Armor, and 50-100% increased Barrier/Fortify Generation.
Unique Chaos Powers
Chaos Unleashed: Build up 100 Chaos stacks by killing enemies or damaging bosses to unleash nine Chaotic Bursts, each dealing 300-500% of your strongest damage type.
Brawn Over Brains: Gain x100-200% Maximum Life and Overpower Damage, but lose 25% Resistances and 40% Armor mitigation.
A Beast Cornered: For every 10% missing Life, gain +10-20% damage and 5% DR. Spending Primary Resource drains 30% of cheap D4 materials it from Life (won't kill you).
Players can equip up to four Chaos Powers simultaneously, but only one Unique can be active at a time.
